Neurosis : Council Election time

My guild, as I’ve said before, is run by a Council. I am a member of that Council. It is election time. All the current Council automatically stand for re-election, plus any other nominations from within the guild.

Everyone says “Don’t worry Seph – it will be OK – you’re the heart of the guild, you will be re-elected” and that sort of thing, but I find it hard to believe it. I am a natural born worrier. I worry if I have nothing to worry about because I should have something to worry about… that sort of thing.

I worry that people will think I will automatically get voted in, so they won’t vote for me, then I feel vain for thinking that, then guilty, then go back to worrying. It’s a good job that you don’t get elected to be a real Mum. I’d be in a constant mess.

I have until noon on Sunday to fret.

Even some PVP didn’t help – Alliance completely suck at it and we lost an offensive WG this evening. LOST! HOW can you lose the offensive WG? On a plus though, I now have 916 resi and it took 3 or 4 of the buggers to get me dead on occasion. THAT felt good after being a squishy priest for so long. I’m now a tough, don’t mess with me priest. /flex
