My experience of the beta so far….
1. Download client.
2. Install.
3. Patch.
4. Play – fly in SW, fish, crash…
5. Won’t load again.
Repeat parts 1-3.
9. Try and get new patch.
10. Fail at uploader.
Repeat parts 9 & 10.
13. Get very frustrated and give up.
14. Try again.
Repeat parts 13 & 14.
17. Try and copy something – can’t do that at the moment.
18. Really give up and sulk.
*raises hand* me too. >_<
And then the flight point was hiding from you, not as good day ;P
The new patch in Beta seems to have broken more than it fixed. I can barely play my hunter at the moment because every time I try to quest mobs re-spawn instantly. So suddenly I’m standing there fighting 4 things at once and my pet is dead because it forgets what level it is and has 7k health instead of 30k. Oh and did I mention pet talents are wiped every time I log out/crash?
Crashing for me did get better when I changed my EU client for the US client. Sucked though of course since it meant I had to re-download everything. But it was worth it for the less crashing.
Hey, there. Too bad about the beta. At least you have a key! Just wanted to drop you a line because you were always so nice to me cheering me up. OMG..Priest! is back up and slowly getting back to normal as we move towards Cataclysm. So, please get my feed. I am grabbing yours!
It’s weird – some of the things that were working in earlier builds are completely broken now – and havn’t been fixed by the latest patch – I’m glad I managed to get a goblin out of the starting area when I did – my replacement efforts trialling different classes have all for stuck on one quest… with the party bling…And the gnome starting quests are also broken….
But I didn’t want to post to gripe – I just wanted to say I love the lolcats. Must got and look at some more of them…
